Located at the heart of CBD and occupied a total floor area of 123,000 square meters, Tianjin IFC is composed of two 26-storey service apartment towers, a A-grade high-rise office tower, and a 4-storey shopping plaza. The structural construction of the main blocks was completed in early 2014.
Currently, 80% of the external facade of the two service apartment blocks and the shopping plaza have been completed. Other facilities construction such as electricity, air conditioning, fire service, heating and greening are on the list to complete within the year.
The master plan reviews that phase 1 the service apartments and the shopping plaza will be in use by the end of 2014, and that phase 2 the office block in use by mid 2015.
To cope with the open for sales strategy of the service apartments named 〝Residence 1882〞, a series of promotional activities were held in 2013, which included heath and skin care, art and jewellery showcase, finance investment seminars, wine and coffee tastings. These activities are lined up for futher promotion in 2014.
