Sun Wah's vertically integrated seafood operations give the Group complete control of its products ¡V quite literally from sea to shelf to table. From packing to storage, transport and distribution as well as sales and restaurant management, Sun Wah¡¦s comprehensive service is the consumer¡¦s best assurance ever of quality, reliability and value.

Processing takes place in the Group¡¦s packing and cold storage facilities, from which the finished product is exported to a growing number of customers in Japan, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Europe, North America and Australia.

In Hong Kong, the Group's Tuen Mun headquarters cover 200,000 square feet and include a 10,000-tonne cold storage facility and a private pier.

Through its subsidiaries, Sun Wah Group supplies frozen seafood, Japanese food, dried marine products and wine to more than 5,000 local restaurants and hotels in Hong Kong and Macau.

Sun Wah Group has a few decades¡¦ experiences in seafood processing and exporting. Vietnam is one of the important suppliers in seafood and the trade record could be traced back to the 1960¡¦s. In Vietnam, the Group mainly operates frozen and dried marine products.

Specialized in operating Australia scallops and New Zealand mussels, the Company provides a steady supply of high quality seafood for the local market.

Sun Wah Japanese Food Ltd.
Mainly supplies imported high quality Japanese food, wholesaling to hotels, clubhouses, restaurants and supermarkets. Products include frozen Japanese seafood, such as Hiroshima Oyster, Scallop, Japan¡¦s ¡§The 4 most famous crabs¡¨ (Horsehair Crab, Red King Crab, Snow Crab and Spiny King Crab), Botan Shrimp, Sweet Shrimp and various kinds of Japanese food, including Japanese Wagyu Beef, Daikichi Pork soup, Gokujou Hisako Udon, Ramen and Japanese Sake.

Besides, the Company runs a fresh food department, which provides special ordering service for Japanese fresh fruits, vegetables, seafood and other food products. These products arrive Hong Kong every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday by air and will then be delivered direct to customers in order to ensure the freshness of products.

Sun Wah International Trading Co.
The Company specializes in sourcing world top quality seafood products and all kinds of high-ended food products, including Lobster, Alaskan King Crab and Caviar.

Chung Shan Shinyo Marinet Products Co. Ltd.
The Company owns a seafood processing plant in Shalang, Zhongshan City West, China, specializes in frozen shrimps and fish processing.

Cheung Tai Hong , Fico and SW Commodities

Group subsidiary company Cheung Tai Hong Foods Ltd, is the sole distributor of a number of imported food products, including the Ajinomoto line of seasoning products from Japan; Tee Yih Jia spring roll pastry and food products from Singapore; Guangdong oil and cereal products from Guangdong; the Knorr brand of chicken powder seasoning products, and Kingsford¡¦s cornstarch.



Another subsidiary, Fico International Ltd, is the distributor of a number of famous wine labels from France, Australia, Chile, South Africa, Spain and Lebanon. It also offers a range of services related to wine investment, including buying ¡¥en primeur¡¦, wine tours and wine tasting opportunities.




Sun Wah¡¦s subsidiary, SW Commodities Ltd, operates world commodities such as quality coffee and coca physical trading and Futures trading.



 






Mainland China and Oversea

To enhance its overseas distribution channels, Sun Wah operates a growing network of processing and cold storage facilities that spans the major cities of China, Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Canada, the USA and Australia. In Toronto, Sun Wah operates a chicken processing plant and a supermarket chain.

Alongside its wholesale activities, Sun Wah operates a Japanese restaurant chain, the Nishimura, with outlets in Hong Kong, China and Southeast Asia.

Nishimura Japanese Restaurant, takes high-quality Japanese food to the heart of one of Hong Kong¡¦s leading business and tourist districts with a flagship restaurant located in the Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel. Four other franchised branches are located in the Shangri-La Hotels of Surabaya, Shenzhen, Dalian and Beijing. Every Nishimura restaurant is headed by a top Japanese chef, and offers superb Japanese cuisine to an upmarket clientele.
